Easy Banana Pancake is a quick pancake recipe to make. You can make it in less than 30 minutes and they taste delicious. You can also store in refrigerator to enjoy them later. Moreover these are completely Eggless.
Ingredients for Eggless Banana Pancake (For 10 Nos.)
Banana – 2
Refined flour – ¾ cup (100 grams)
Wheat flour – 1/3 cup (50 grams)
Powdered sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – less than ¼ tsp
Green cardamom – 4 (coarsely ground) (Optional as per taste)
Baking powder – 1.5 spoon or 2 tbsp.
Ghee (Clarified butter) – 4 to 5 tbsp
Milk - 1 glass as shown in the video.
Honey - For Garnishing and taste enhancement in the end.
Recipe Steps for Banana PanCake
Add Maida(All purpose flour), Atta (Wheat flour) , Baking Powder, Salt and Sugar.
Mix well and keep it aside.
Now take fully RIPENED banana mixed with hands or mixed in a grinder with milkmaid.
Add Banana into flour mixture.
Mix Banana into flour mixture well.
Add milk
Give it a mix.
If batter is very thick
Then add little water,
We have added half glass water as shown.
Mix it well.
Now our batter is ready.
Keep the consistency as shown.
Add very little Ghee (Clarified butter).
Mix clarified butter (Ghee) well in batter.
Take a pan and let it heat on medium heat.
Add little Ghee (Clarified butter) as shown.
Add little Ghee (Clarified butter) as shown.
Spread it over the pan.
Now put batter on the pan as shown (Remember we are making small size pancakes here).
Spread it over with the help of ladle
Once spread then leave batter to heat.
Heat till base is light brown in the bottom.
Apply little Ghee (Clarified butter) on sides as shown.
Once bottom is light brown.
Flip pancake.
Let it become light brown from other side as well.
Check the base by flipping if is brown as intended.
If it is not brown as intended then flip it back and let the base become brown again.
Take pancake out in serving plate.
Prepare rest in similar fashion till the batter is over.
Serving Pancakes
Transfer to a serving plate.
Garnish with honey as shown.
If you want you can add little honey in between over cakes as per your taste.
If you want you can put a small cube of butter on top to garnish.
Serve Pancakes with Cold drink of your choice.
